Best Value and Best Shoe! I wear these almost everyday, and when I don't, my feet miss them! They take a while, a good couple days walking around New York to break them in, but after that, you'll swear by them and want to join the Dansko cult. You won't be sorry! I'm a 6.5 and a 37 is the best fit. Make sure your toe does not touch the top of the shoe and you're golden.
Mom loved them! After getting a pair of the Oiled clogs, I got my mom a pair of the Professional Cabrios for Xmas. She loved them, and got a number of compliments when she wore them to Xmas dinner. She agrees with me: they're very comfortable and beautifully made. I think I'll order a pair of the Black / white to go with the Oiled clogs I already have. You know, I should have both the casual and the dressier versions.
GOOD CLOGS, BUT NOT THE SAME OLD CLOGS - I already own two pairs of Veda, one of them a nubuck version of this one, and in winter I often wear them with ultra-thick woolly socks. The fit is snug but doable. These clogs fit as well, they don't rub anywhere and the overall shape is identical. But they feel smaller than my old ones. Perhaps this is because the old ones are stretched out after eight years of faithful service, I don't know. But I expected these to be bigger and if I'd known how they fit I might have ordered the next size. As it was, I just started wearing them with very thin socks, and that worked out fine: I wore them around Rome on cobblestones for a week straight out of the box, with nary a blister or sore spot, and that tells you a lot. These clogs are great shoes.
