Dansko wins again! This is my second
purchase of the same style (different color). I wear them to
work and at home too (unusual since I usually love to shove
off work-type shoes immediately). I do use a thin insole
because of the inexact fit (for me). I find them exceedingly
comfortable and others seem to find them attractive enough
to comment positively. Only downside is that the same size
feels slightly different on my feet (is that peculiar to me
only?). Anyway I love them and would love to have a pair in
every color. Oh and I had to buy size 42 (gasp) and I wear
an American 10.
Though they took about a week to 'break in', once that was
done, these shoes are the MOST comfortable work shoes ever.
I work as a bartender and am on my feet for hours straight,
these provide comfort and support. one word to the wise,
they DO run small -- so if you wear a half size, definitely
go up -- go up one size more if you wear a wide!! They will
fit ou much better that way.
